Mike Kennedy, Owner/Builder
Mike Kennedy has been a home builder for 13 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the East Central Illinois Home Builders Association.
Mike oversees all aspects of Kennedy Builders construction. He enjoys the challenge of helping clients envision the finished 3-dimensional product. He makes this happen, in part, by staying informed about the latest trends in construction and working to accommodate clients' wishes.
Today that means details like Energy Star rated homes, Quartz counter tops, exotic hardwood flooring, wider baseboard & window trim, bigger windows & doors, and more garage space.
After more than a dozen years in construction, Mike still takes great satisfaction in the reactions of clients as they take possession of their new home. Mike is a licensed realtor at Keller Williams Realty and can assist with selling your current home during the building process.
Mike earned his degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois in 1994.

Dana Kennedy, Owner/Engineer
Dana Kennedy's 11 year career in the software engineering industry included positions with companies such as Motorola, Andersen Consulting, Tellabs and also the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois.
Today Dana is behind the scenes of Kennedy Builders wearing many hats. She is Webmaster and works with Mike on Marketing, Client Relations, Research and Strategic & Financial Planning. She is also Managing Partner of Kennedy Realty Group (another subsidiary of Kennedy Enterprises, LLC).
Dana is a 6-year active volunteer and member of the 2010-2011 Board of Directors of the Junior League of Champaign-Urbana. Last but not least, Dana is primary care giver to the Kennedy Builder children.
Dana earned her degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1996.
